Girls' Generation/SNSD

a.) Name of the STAR

Today star is a girl group name Girls' Generation/SNSD. They current roster of members include: Kim Taeyeon, Lee Sunny, Hwang Tiffany, Kim Hyoyeon, Kwon Yuri, Choi Sooyoung, Im Yoona and Seo Hyun. They debuted as a nine member group with Jung Jessica who later departed in 2014.

b.) Resume

Each member have their resume, which I would create an IAS for each member, but as an group, they have also done a lot of work together.

Girls' Generation is an idol girl group so they have multiple songs release since they debuted in 2007. They also have sub unit group under the name SNSD TTS (TaeTiSeo) and member have debuted as solo artists too. (So far, just Taeyeon.)

SNSD have 56 group of endorsements since debut till now, even more. I'm only going to list some of endorsements because there is just so much.

Girl's Generation appeared in SMTOWN movie 'I AM' which is a documentary film about SMTOWN artists journey since debut till then, at the time of filming during their SMTOWN World Tour concert in NY at Madison Square Garden. They also will be in 'SMTOWN THE STAGE', very similar to 'I AM'

Girls' Generation also have done many concerts including SMTOWN concerts, KCON, along with broadcasting station concerts. They also have done many Asia Tours, Japan Tours and have special concerts too.

TaeTiSeo (TTS) made an appearance on the drama 'The Producers' in the first episode. All nine members also made an appearance in the drama 'Unstoppable Marriage' where Yuri and Sooyoung are cast members of.

SNSD have also appeared in many variety shows along with having their own reality shows too.

c.) Background

SNSD debuted as a nine member group in 2007 with Taeyeon, Jessica, Sunny, Tiffany, Hyoyeon, Yuri, Sooyoung, Yoona and Seohyun. In 2014, member Jessica left the group. SNSD is under SM Entertainment, home of Super Junior, SHINee, TVXQ, Red Velvet, f(x), EXO, BoA and Kangta.

d.) Reasons why I'm introducing them and reason why I love/like them:

SNSD is one of my favorite group. You probably already know that by everything I post about have to include them somehow. SNSD was the first girl group, but second group that I was introduce to in 2007 when I got into KPOP. The first was Big Bang. SNSD been my favorite for many reasons other than just their songs but because of each member personalities.

The reason why I'm introducing them first is because I wanted to try out this series with a group that I already know quite a lot about. Plus why not introduce my favorite group too.
