In today list, I am telling you about my favorite variety shows that have came out from tvN. There was a lot to choose from but I pick out my favorite one to watch, the ones I kept up with every week and ones I really miss. Let's get started.
1. Amazing Saturday
Amazing Saturday is also known as DoReMi Market. It currently stars Shin Dong Yup, Kim Dong Hyun, Moon Se Yoon, Park Na Rae, Hyeri of Girls' Day, Nucksal, P.O of Block B and Boom as the main host. Nucksal and P.O joined the show starting in episode 52 to replace Hanhae and Key of SHINee, who were confirmed to enlist in the army on February 7th and March 4 of 2019. As of July 27, 2019, there is a total of 69 episodes.
Every week there will be a featured market from South Korea and within it there are three types of food selected as its representatives. The cast and guest(s), as contestants, have to play games and win to be able to enjoy the food. There will be a dressing theme concept for the cast and guest(s) to follow for filming each episode. For episode one to four, the program format is only dictation of three different songs. From episode five, the program format changed to dictation of two different songs, with a snack game in between the dictation segments.

2. Great Escape
Great Escape featured Kang Ho Dong, Kim Jong Min, Shindong of Super Junior, Yoo Byung Jae, Kim Dong Hyun and P.O of Block B. As of July 29, 2019, there is two season with a total of 26 episodes. There is a third season coming in 2020.
Before each phase of the escape challenge, the member first gather in the bus. Since the second challenge (third episode) of season one, the program team will assign the captain of the period in response to the performance of the members of the previous challenge, and the captain will receive an armband. Prior to arriving to the location, members will wear eye masks, and the staff will lead the members to the start point in the large secret room. After fulfilling the instructions of the staff, the members can remove the eye mask. In each challenge, members need to use the clues in the room to gradually explore the large secret room until all members escape from the location.
Each challenge has a different theme and the members will learn about the context of the background story from the clues during the exploration. In addition to finding and cracking the clues, members may need to interact with the story characters played by the staff (such as helping the character, leading the character to escape, etc.) before they can escape from the large secret room. There is no stipulated time limit for each escape challenge, it will only end when all members and story characters (if any) have successfully escaped.
For season two, a major change being added to the show is that there is a possibility to failure to escape. The recording of the challenge ends once it happens. Another added change is that there is a possibility that the cast member(s) would get eliminated in the midst of escaping, based on situations (for example, dead or missing during the attempt) and the decisions of the production team. The eliminated cast member(s) will get off from work. There is no longer any assignment of the captain.
