LTA KPOP EP 62: Top 5 Co-Ed Groups

There aren't many co-ed groups/or duo group in the KPOP industry. There a lot of duets though, but some of my favorites songs are from co-ed groups because it different from a regular boy or girl group. Here is 5 of my top co-ed groups/duos. 

5. Nasty Nasty
Nasty Nasty is s trio group with ZE:A Kevin and Nine Muses Kyungri and Sojin. Sojin actually was a trainee before the debut of Nasty Nasty in 2014 and in January of 2015, she join Nine Muses as a member after the departure of three members.

4. Co-Ed School


Co - Ed School was formed by Core Contents Media in 2010 debuting with six males and four females with members Taewoon, Sungmin, Jungwoo, Hyoyoung, Hyewon, Soomi, Kwanghaeng, Kangho, Chanmi, and Noori. The members of the group were eventually divided into two sub-units F-ve Dolls in 2011 and Speed in 2012. In 2013, Core Contents Media stated that they have no plans to reform the group. F-ve Dolls officially disband on March 10, 2015, after member line change. Speed is making a comeback in 2015 with new members change.

3. Trouble Maker
Trouble Maker is the first official sub-unit group of 4Minute and BEAST. Trouble Maker is a duo formed by Hyuna and Hyunseung.

2. SM the Ballad
SM the Ballad is ballad group formed by SM in 2010 debuting with Super Junior Kyuhyun, SHINee Jonghyun, TRAX Jay Kim and SM trainee Jino. In 2014, the member lineup change with Kyuhyun, Jino, and Jay Kim leaving the group. TVXQ Changmin, Super Junior Yesung, SNSD Taeyeon, f(x) Krystal, EXO Chen, Super Junior M Zhou Mi, and Zhang Liyin. 

1. Akdong Musician

Akdong Musician is a duo, brother sister group under YG making their appearance in KPOP STAR Season 2, winning first.
